The window

library (routine)

The window is composed of two parts :

You can change the size of the panes using the handle (just near the 'A' of Arm).

By clicking on the left pane with the right button, you can create a new class or delete an existing class (after a confirmation). You can't delete a class if a routine of this class is used by a routine in an other class.

The poses

When selecting a pose tab, you will see all the registred poses for this category in the selected class.

When the mouse pass over a pose the associated comment will appear in the status line below the icons.

Once you have selected a pose, you can :

  • edit it by double clicking on it or by selecting the Edit option of the popup menu (right click). See how to use the pose editor in the Stage window.
  • change the comment by selecting the Edit comment option of the popup menu (right click).
  • apply the pose to a character by draging the pose either on a pose editor (somewhere inside the window) or on a character in the stage window (the character will then be highlighted in yellow). To drag an object, press the left button, keep it pressed and the move the mouse : the cursor will be changed in a cross.
  • reorder the icons by draging the icon to its new position. The original icon will be highlighted in blue, the new position will be represented by the dotted frame.

The positions

The position tab records positions among characters. A position is a way to store a relative position of one character. The reference character is shown in white, the related character in yellow.

When applying a position to a character, two situation can arise :

  1. there are only two characters on the stage, so the position applied to one character is relative to the other.
  2. there are more than three characters on the stage. The program will ask you the reference character to set the position relative to it.

As with the poses, with a position, you can :

  • change the comment by selecting the Edit comment option of the popup menu (right click).
  • apply the position to a character by draging the pose on a character in the stage window (the character will then be highlighted in yellow).
  • reorder the icons by draging the icon to its new position. The original icon will be highlighted in blue, the new position will be represented by the dotted line.

The routines

library (pose)

The routine tab will show you all the routines (or figures) recorded within the selected class.

The pane is composed of two parts :
